This page lists the version history for ScoreKeeper starting with the 2005 version. The 2005 version was originally version 1.1 of ScoreKeeper for Windows but it is here numbered according the season year for consistency with later versions. Click here to see the history for another season.

Version 2005.009 (2/22/2005)
Problems Corrected
- Gymnast Numbering
- When ScoreKeeper numbered gymnasts, the selected block size was not
being used.
- Assign Rotation Order
- There were problems assigning the team when there was only one team
entered. Now the rotations are assigned automatically when only one
team is entered.
- ScoreKeeper wouldn't allow 6 rotations on a 3-team women's gymnastics
meet.
- Judge Score Slips
- The program would not print each event separately when pausing for
paper changes.
- Home Team Statistics by Gymnast Report
- Report was miscalculating the average scores.
- ScoreKeeper Manual
- Page headings were indicating the incorrect chapters.
Changes and New Features
- New FTP Options
- Several advanced FTP options were added primarily to work with security
firewalls.
- Rotations
- You can now set the number of rotations directly for certain cases
when you want to use a number other than ScoreKeeper's default value.
- Home Team Statistics by Gymnast Report
- The report now selects meet by season rather than by date range.
- A new report option lets you print the entire career history for gymnasts
in the current season.
- The report now includes an indicator showing whether a meet was a
home or away meet.
- Setting Head Judge
- When a judge is set as the head judge on an event, any other judges
that were previously set as head judge will be set as not a head judge.
Version 2005.008 (1/20/2005)
Problems Corrected
- Judges' Score Slips
- The report would print only All Events, All Teams, and All Gymnasts.
No other Event, Team, or Gymnast selection options were available.
- Home Team Statistics by Gymnast Report
- The Career Total points display is now optional.
Changes and New Features
- Judges' Score Slips
- Added an option to print blank score slips.
- Entering Scores
- Checked to be sure the rotation orders have been entered before entering
scores.
Version 2005.007 (1/12/2005)
Problems Corrected
- New Meet Wizard
- When adding a meet, the home team gymnasts were not automatically
entered.
- Scoreboard Display
- If the scoreboard definition included a footer string (White Way
definitions), the scoreboard output was blank.
- Copying a Team from Another Meet
- The program would not let you view meets from other seasons.
Version 2005.006 (1/11/2005)
Problems Corrected
- Meet Home Team
- Whan adding a new meet, the program would add to the meet home team
all home team gymnasts who graduated or are no longer on the current
team.
Version 2005.005 (1/5/2005)
Problems Corrected
- Meet Judges
- The program would crash if you tried to enter scores before entering
the meet judges. Now it issues a warning and prevents score entry.
Version 2005.004 (12/17/2005)
Problems Corrected
- Live Scoreboard
- Results were not being sent to the scoreboard.

Problems Corrected
- Individual Meets
- When adding an Individual, as opposed to team, meet, ScoreKeeper did
not correctly add the home team gymnasts to the list of competing gymnasts.
- NCAA Score Sheet Reports
- Judge names on all but the final event were omitted.
- Rotation Summary Report
- Report was misaligned for meets in which at least one event has no
team in a rotation.
- Event Order
- The default event order for men's events was incorrect.

Problems Corrected
- Adding a Meet
- Program would crash when the adding a new meet.
Version 2005.001 (11/8/2004)

- Meet Web Pages
- The web page include files did not work.
Changes and New Features
- Web Pages Menu
- A new menu item titled “Enable Web Page Uploads” turns
on or off the FTP upload of generated web pages. The item will be disbled
if the home team is not setup for FTP.
Version 2005.000 (11/1/2004)
Problems Corrected
- Gymnast Statistics Report
- The Report High values were showing a report Total not a high.
- Scoreboard Output
- The scoreboard output for the national individual event finals meet
didn't work properly.
- Entering Lineups
- Some times the competition orders got scrambled and competition type
set incorrectly.
- Home Team
- An entry for the home team All-Around record score was missing.
Changes and New Features
- Upload Web Pages
- ScoreKeeper will now automatically upload your generated meet results
web pages to your web site using FTP.
- Meet Results Web Page
- A new option lets the meet results web page be generated based on
a timer instead of as each score is entered.
- A line has been added to the page footer indicating the date and time
when the page was posted including the time zone.
- Web Page Colors
- You can not set the colors for web page objects in the program preferences
screen on the new Web Pages (2) tab. These were previously set by editing
a program INI file.
- Rotation Summary Report
- New report lists competitors for each rotation on as few pages as
possible.
- Backup and Restore
- ScoreKeeper can now backup and restore data files.
- Scoreboard Display
- A new scoreboard option for individual (not team) meets allows the
scoreboard to show gymnasts for each event sorted by competition order,
name (last/first), or score (high to low).
- Elite Technologies Support
- Added the ability to support scoreboards and data entry systems from
Elite Technologies.
- Championship Draw Slips
- A new report prints draw slips for national championships.
- Link to Updates
- An item was added to the Help menu letting users check for and download
updates from the web.
- Home Team New Season
- You can now add the entire team from the previous season to a new
season. This is in addition to being able to do it one gymnast at a
time. The few gymnasts who graduated or are no longer on the team can
be quickly removed.
- Home Team Gymnast Stats Report
- The gymnast’s career total points was added to the report.
These points are automatically recalculated when the report is printed.
- Career Total Points
- A button was added to the home team gymnast entry form to calculate
their career total points.
- Judges List
- It is now easier to find a judge on a lengthy list by typing the
first few characters of the last name.
- User Interface
- Numerous small changes to make the program more consistent and easier
to use.
